Casa Ludwig, Reconstruction
For the revitalisation of this rustico we rebuilt the old multi-family house down to the foundation walls and converted it into a single-family house. The exterior appearance was left as it was. Inside, walls and ceilings were removed. The result is a modern, spacious composition of rooms with a surprising effect. The view to the lake is opened up, and a generous roof terrace incorporates it as living space.
